• Add 1 - 6 Residents that you commit to sending a gift to for Christmas.
• Residents are randomly assigned per county, and not per care home.
• Add your correct information. Please check and recheck you entered your email address correctly. If you enter the incorrect email address you WILL NOT receive your resident's details.
• You will receive the resident's information via email, immediately. It is an automated message sent directly from our website, so there is typically no delay in receiving it. (Yahoo users may experience a few hours delay this year due to the high volume of mails.) Please look out for your email and when it arrives and save securely, as lost emails cannot be retrieved at a later date. Provided you entered your email address correctly, you will have your resident details in your inbox, write your resident details down. If you cannot find the email, please check your JUNK / SPAM folder, and move the message to your inbox and write it down, otherwise it will auto-delete from your junk / spam folder.

• You will not receive a name or specific information about your resident, just gender. This is a real person, please do not sign up if you will not follow through and post. Thank you for your kindness.

If you see "unavailable" it means that all the residents already added to our system have been matched with wonderful volunteers. More may be added later, it is worth keeping an eye on our social media for the most up-to-date information!
