It applies to young people who would like to send a card, letter or drawing instead of a gift (carepack)

You can get a maximum of 60 Residents Names at a time. PLEASE NOTE that Qty 1 = 1 Resident. If you want to get 26 residents - then please enter qty 26. If you need more than 60, then please repeat the process.

• • Please read carefully and select a county

    • Select a county (It does not need to be your own county)
    • Add 1 - 60 Residents that you commit to sending a card, letter or drawing for Christmas.
    • Residents are randomly assigned per county, and not per care home.
    • Add your correct information. We use an email validation to ensure your email address is correct. Please check and recheck it. If you enter the incorrect email address you WILL NOT receive your resident's details.
    • Straight away on screen, you will receive the resident's name OR gender & address on screen (Please make a NOTE or take a SCREEN SHOT of it immediately)
    • You will also receive the same info via email, immediately. It is an automated message sent directly from our website, so there will be no delay in receiving it. Please check for the email immediately after sign-up and save securely, as lost emails cannot be retrieved at a later date. Provided you entered your email address correctly, you will have your resident details in your inbox, write your resident details down. If you cannot find the email, please check your JUNK / SPAM folder, and move the message to your inbox and write it down, otherwise it will auto-delete from your junk / spam folder.

    If you see "unavailable" it means that all the residents already added to our system have been matched with wonderful volunteers. More may be added later, it is worth keeping an eye on our social media for the most up-to-date information!
